If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, you must immediately stop accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Application.

  • Business Transfers (if applicable): In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other business transaction involving Leisurely Spot Hour, your information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of the transaction. Children’s Privacy

Leisurely Spot Hour is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the European Union and certain other jurisdictions, in accordance with GDPR). We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under these ages. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will immediately take steps to delete that information from our systems and will notify the parent or guardian (if contact information is available) of the incident. Third-Party Services and Links

The Application may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications (such as social media platforms, advertising networks, or game-related services) that are not owned or controlled by us. Your Responsibilities

When using Leisurely Spot Hour, you are responsible for protecting your own information and complying with this agreement. Your responsibilities include:

  • Notifying us immediately at rodriguezdavisyy@outlook.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, or if you believe your password or other account information has been compromised.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering for an account or contacting customer support. If your contact information (such as your email address) changes, you should update it in the Application’s settings or notify us to ensure you receive important updates.
  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and this agreement when using the Application. You should not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or privacy practices. When we make changes, we will revise the "last updated" date (though excluded per your request, we will notify you through other means) and provide notice to you through a prominent location in the Application (e.g., a pop-up notification, a banner on the login screen) or via email (using the contact information you provided) at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For material changes (e.g., changes to how we collect or share your information), we may require you to explicitly accept the updated agreement before continuing to use the Application.

By continuing to use Leisurely Spot Hour after the changes take effect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the updated agreement, you must stop using the Application and delete your account (by contacting rodriguezdavisyy@outlook.com) to avoid further processing of your information.
